elpa-goto-chg software package provides navigate the point to the most recent edit in the buffer, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-goto-chg
elpa-goto-chg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-goto-chg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-goto-chg *
You will get with elpa-goto-chg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
